Shipping & Delivery
We pack your adventure gear with care within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen option:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days via EMS
We ship worldwide to fellow adventurers across the globe! (Excluding select remote areas in Asia). International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
Yes! Once your gear ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Our systems update daily so you can follow your equipment’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our team at [email protected] will guide you through our simple return process.
We pack every order with the care we’d want for our own camping gear, but if something arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
