  • Shower and ensuite solutions
  • Tarp systems and shelter accessories
  • All necessary tent components (poles, pegs, guy ropes)

Product Accuracy

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All specifications (weight, dimensions, materials) are approximate. If you have specific requirements, please contact our Adventure Support team before purchasing.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

2. Ordering Your Gear

Eligibility

To place orders, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid payment method we accept (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Provide accurate shipping information in our service areas (excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia)

Order Process

Your adventure begins when:

  1. You select products and complete checkout
  2. We send an order confirmation email (not a final acceptance)
  3. Our team processes the order within 1-2 business days
  4. You receive shipping confirmation with tracking

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include:

Your payment is processed when we ship your order. For international orders, additional customs fees may apply—these are your responsibility.

3. Shipping Your Adventure Gear

Shipping Options

We offer two ways to get your gear:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arrives in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You’re responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Any additional customs/duties fees
  • Inspecting shipments upon arrival for damage

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to have gear that stands up to your adventures. Our return policy includes:

Return Window

15 days from delivery for most unused items in original condition with tags/packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unpacked shower/ensuite tents (hygiene reasons)
  • Used lighting appliances (electrical safety)
  • Custom-cut tarps/poles
  • Final sale items

Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with order details
  2. Await return authorization (2 business days)
  3. Ship items back at your expense (unless our error)
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for refund processing after we receive returns

Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

  • Inspect gear upon delivery and report issues immediately
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding product use
  • Not resell products as new if returned

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Missouri law. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Blue Springs, Missouri.
